About Amallis
Amallis Consulting was founded by Sarah Lee, PhD, in March 2018. Sarah gained her PhD in Electrical Engineering, specialised in digital image/signal processing, from Imperial College London, and has over 19 years of experiences in quantitative medical imaging, from industrial and academic roles.
Amallis supports the use of quantitative medical imaging in research and development in industries such as pharmaceutical and biotechnology. We have the experiences in working in a variety of medical imaging modalities:
We develop imaging strategies, and consult for all aspects of imaging in clinical trials, from imaging modality and endpoint selection, study set-up, study delivery, to data interpretations.
Our consulting services also include data anonymisation, and applications of data science/machine learning to imaging and clinical data for specific questions.
